Set in the heart of the magnificent Torridon Mountains and at the foot of Beinn Eighe, the Kinlochewe Hotel is ideally situated for exploring the wild and breathtaking scenery of the North Western Highlands of Scotland.
With a wealth of unspoilt beauty, the area is famous for its craggy mountains, picturesque lochs and abundant wildlife. Many visitors find it hard to believe that such rugged wildness still exists. Indeed, Kinlochewe lies on the edge of the area recognized as Europe’s last great wilderness.

On our arrival in 2006, the hotel was graded as 1 star with VisitScotland. Since then our ethos has been to bring new life, colour and imagination to this delightful and historic building and to raise the standards of service, quality and comfort for our guests. We achieved 2 star status by the end of our first year and were delighted when, in August 2009, following a great deal of hard work we were awarded 3 stars by VisitScotland. This award allows you to book your stay with us with the confidence and knowledge that your comfort and enjoyment are our priority.
Whether you are seeking a base for outdoor activities; joining one of our courses which are becoming increasingly popular; taking a break in your travels through the northwest Highlands or you are simply wanting a place to unwind and relax we will ensure a warm welcome which reflects our commitment to making your stay with us a memorable one.
If you have never visited Kinlochewe before you will enjoy an unforgettable experience. If you are familiar with the area you will know the riches that await your return. Whatever the reason for your visit, we look forward to welcoming you to the Kinlochewe Hotel.
